This week we took a deep dive into a story that all of us are familiar with.  Daniel and the Lions Den.  The book of Daniel is timely for us in this season.  He lived in a culture that was hostile to the things of God and even made laws that tried to limit his religious expression.  In this message, Pastor Matt highlights details that were left out of the Sunday School version of this story as well as 4 keys for us as we navigate the Culture we live in today.

Fruit That Remains - Matt Romett - 7/23/23

We need to measure success the way God does and not the way this world does.  Many Christians are running themselves ragged and  aren't even sure where they should be focusing their time and energy.  Instead of running aimlessly, we discuss how we can aim our efforts on what is important to Jesus by exchanging our temporal resources and energy for fruit that remains.  
Paul spoke about this in 1 Corinthians 9 :
24 Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize. 25 Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training. They do it to get a crown that will not last, but we do it to get a crown that will last forever. 26 Therefore I do not run like someone running aimlessly; I do not fight like a boxer beating the air. 27 No, I strike a blow to my body and make it my slave so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified for the prize.

I Love To Worship (Live Worship) - 7/16/23

We have been having some amazing encounters during worship. Often, the Holy Spirit interrupts our plans and leads us into a place that we didn't know we needed to go in order to heal something deep within us we didn't know was broken. Last Sunday, was great example of this.
 
This is an unedited part of our Sunday Morning Service. We apologize for the clipping, volume levels, wrong chord changes, lack of room microphones and parts that it may be hard to hear the words. We record our worship times so we have a reference if the Lord releases a new song or prophecy over us. It wasn't intended to be shared but we felt this portion of our worship would bless others.
